An envelope bearing the seal of the noble house Maridius of Procampur is delivered to the address of the Sundren City Grievance Department. Inside, a vellum parchament, inked and quilled in a regal hand, bears the following message.
To whom it may concern,
As an ambassador to your fine lands, I would like to begin this prose with endearments that I have found. Your land is, quite simply, a beauty to behold - even in the midsts of the strife that grips it. Your common people are quite wealthy, by standards to where I come from, and your economy is at a pinnacle. So, it is with this in mind, that it brings me such great displeasure to voice the troubles that have beset me and my entourage since I have arrived.
I have been staying, with the courtesy of the steward, at the lounge near the city entrance, the Four Lanterns Inn. It was there that I was beset by an invisible interlopper, who began harassing myself and a member of my entourage with spells and attempting to force us to dance for her songs. We voiced our desire for privacy and peace, yet the antagonist continued. It was not until we left the Inn to get away from the invisible stalker that she revealed herself.
The elf, of golden skin and dressed in a large hat with simple clothing, revealed herself and continued to accost us with her childish pranks. We were even followed to the Sharahan Hills. I told this elf, who's name was revealed to me as Krista Joyjoy, that I would be pressing charges against her for harrassment and invasion of privacy. To this, she responded with outright threats - of how her 'sister' would be informed, and that I would be hunted and 'dealt with'. This person, 'Ju Poletti', has not arrived to carry out such a sentence, and I hope that I do not have to fear such in the presence of this fine city.
For my safety, I would prefer that this 'Ju Poletti' be at least detained and question, and I would like the accused, 'Krista Joyjoy', incarcerated for her crimes against myself and my associate. A dark-skinned gnome was witness to the death threat, but I did not recieve his name. If a witness is needed, however, I remember his face and would be able to have him testify in my name. As an ambassador here to discuss the political status of Sundren and The Vast, though more accurately Procampur, I hope you understand the importance of the situation.
