It has been some time since we have conversed. It is hopeful that you remain in good humor and that the populous of your Enclave and Village are in amiable attitude.

I am, unfortunately, terrible at the pleasantries and shall proceed directly to the matter at hand. I would like to inquire as to the availability of open street-level residences and marketspaces within the Main Square of Aquor. If you preffer, I shall make time within my schedule to meet with you at your residence.

I find your formality a bit odd and perturbing. As you know, I am never in good humor, nor are the Red Wizards typically deemed "amiable." However, we are continuing our efforts to make Aquor the happiest place in Sundren, and those efforts do go well. You know you are on the list of those who would be welcome additions to the city, both as a citizen and a merchant. Our current system for offering workspace has been to offer an available space deemed acceptable by both parties, and instead of charging you a flat fee for the location and the protection of our Knights, to take a small percentage from all transactions concluded there (usually around two percent.)

As for a residence, we would have to discuss the costs and requirements of such on a case-by-case basis. You might be considered a "high risk" occupant given your hobbies and status, and we would have to determine how best to mitigate that risk. You are, of course, warmly invited, we simply need to hammer out the details. Please find me at the Enclave or strolling Aquor and we can discuss these matters in person.
