    I apologize greatly for my oversight in the management of the request from yourself and your representative organizations. It has been some time since I have participated in a greater political field, and admit that the fault for the delay is mine to no insignificant extent.

      A sealed parchment imbued with Illusionary Script is delivered to the Barracks of the Order of the Northern Watch, titled to the recipient "Quartermaster Leithian". Anyone peeking at the nonsensical missive would view a comprehensive thesis on the aerodynamic properties of various potato varieties*, before being encouraged to bear it to the intended recipient.

      *- Sufficient examination of the thesis reveals that it contains instructions for verifying the findings using: a copper pipe sealed at one end connected via a u-bend to a pot with a valve, potatoes, water, and a sufficiently active heat-source. Not that anyone is expected to look at a page of physics equations long enough to determine its viability.

        Supplies sufficient to arm roughly 200 men-at-arms at the Port, in good quality equipment for the foreseeable future were the terms originally provided me.

        Though I am sure any merchandise furnished by yourself would be only of the highest caliber, the Emporium and the Northern Watch's standard operating procedure concerning procurements is to inspect any merchandise before the transfer of title and the remittance of payment.

        A meeting in person to go over the finer details of said arrangement - payment, in particular, would be appreciated.
