This forum is intended for correspondance through letters or other forms of slow messages.
1 - As this is written word, it should be taken as such. Thinking of your character's writing styles, social abilities, and possibly attributes should come into play.
2. Methods of delivery should likely be considered. Runners, trained animals, and such are possible. However, some individuals may not possibly be reached. You may send a letter to a King, but that doesn't mean he is the one to open it or that anyone will open it.
2 - Please refrain from replying to letters with OOC chatter and discussions.
3 - You may add emotes and background information to writings of letters as I believe it adds color to the threads.
James sat for a moment, peering out is window considering the status of the Orc armies before dipping his quill in ink to write his letter of warning.
4 - Please be aware of intended recipients and list them. If you are not on the list then do not assume you have seen the letter IC.
5 - Some letters may not be accurate and may be slanderous towards an individual. This is allowed in RP and should be considered if you are reading a letter. Recipients can choose to believe or disbelieve any information given to them of course. Please refer to #1 about ability to invent propaganda about others.
6 - As always, consider others when using this forum. We play together, even if IC enemies, not against each other. Do not abuse this forum to try to ruin gameplay for others. It's a privledge, not a right.
