A parcel is directed to the Grandmaster of the Northern Watch, Lord Esmond Aurelianus. Its contents include correspondence bearing the letterhead of The Emporium, and a bound contract that details terms of the procurement agreement for supplies entered between the two parties.
The letter itself reads:
Upon close review, the contract itself does seem to be fairly standard and lists both terms of service and payment in consideration as previously discussed. A Nondisclosure agreement is included. Both already bear Leithian's signature.
The letter itself reads:
Grandmaster Aurelianus,
Thank you for choosing The Emporium as your procurement service provider. The Emporium is honored to do business with you and the Order of the Northern Watch.
In accordance with our discussion and as the requested undertaking may require extended time to complete, I believe it would be to both our benefit to lay out terms and compensation in written document so as to avoid any potential misunderstanding in the future. As such, I have attached a standard service contract for your review. Should it be to your satisfaction, please affix it with seal and signature at your leisure.
I had hoped to present contract in person, but negotiations have unfortunately taken me momentarily out of the valley. I would be happy to go over its details with you, should you desire, upon my return.
The Emporium looks forward to a bountiful future of service and cooperation.
With Gratitude,
Leithian
