I seek clarification on the bounties you've posted. It seems to me the newly formed Northern Watch is a branch of the Legion. Would the bounty you offered extend to them as well?

Also, when you speak of the Triad, do you speak just of those who belong to that particular organization or to those who may follow one of their Powers? There is currently a Sanctuary in the Port that I believe has had a disagreement with those who command the The Temple itself. Does the Bounty extend to those who tend the Sanctuary as well?
