Sir Aleister Kimaris has asked me to file this report to you so that you can forward it to your superiors and determine the proper course of action.
I was witness to a pair of druids at the Second Wind, Jeb and Nora, making claims as to the negative effects upon the Valley due to the City's flight, and publicly declaring that the City will land, one way or another, regardless of the consequences to those that live within it.
As best I can tell, they are powerful druids, and they more than hinted at the possibility of a larger conspiracy of druids planning an attack on the Sundrite Reactors.
Sister Abigail Winters of the Port Avanthyr Sanctuary debated them, and would have more information on the matter than I.
The Northern Watch stands ready to assist the Legion in any endevour to protect the innocents of the Valley.
