To whom it may concern,
I'd like to make a formal complain against someone who I believe is a member of your group. I did not catch the name of the man, but he wears bright blue armor and openly wears a holy symbol of Tyr.
When down on the valley, we encountered a drow who appeared to also be tainted with the blood of a devil or a demon, and this follower of Tyr refused to uphold the law. He proceeded to try to impede me from carrying out my duty, and the drow ended up fleeing as a result to this.
If any further details are necessary, I am more than willing to come speak in person.
