It is for this reason I had been wanting to open a dialogue with Exigo for a while as it is clear you have an interest in the area as well, but I saw no reason to do so before attaining the Emperor's permission. However, I recently received a letter from Lord Byrun van Hellstrom and so at his behest I now send this letter to you.
I would like to arrange a meeting with you or a representative at your earliest convenience. Lord Hellstrom has offered the use of his grounds as the meeting place as it seems you have met with him on prior matters there.
