The she-elf's cover letter is done in her native language with ar'tel'quessir dialect, and Emiliana's full name both within the parcel and without is flanked by the Espruar title 'battle poet.'

<Emiliana Blackwell,
Samak has agreed to the terms expressed by Esmond and yourself on the possibility of his ban from Legion-sanctioned territory being lifted. I was told by the Helmite that you needed to archive them for validity, so I hope this is to your approval.
I appreciate that you are willing to forgive the ex-Elite Magus' foolishness, much as you have done with my own. My word may not carry much weight, but thank you.

A genuine Chondathan signature scribed by the mage denotes his binding agreement to everything mentioned in the overly complicated clause, and the pages haven't been tampered with.
