Honored Council.

To the monthly report about the wall and workings I put this addendum.

I have accepted a Commission from Byrun Van Hellstrom to join his mercenary company.

I inform you of this happening, Should this be your wish of course, I will stop my current works.

I would prefer to continue to help the Council cause, as my respect for said council is high. But if your decision is to prefer to not have me in your service, I fully understand and respect your decision.

Until informed otherwise I'll continue my work of patrolling and directing workers on the construction site.

May the Black Hound watch over you and your families.

I am able to speak for the Iron Council on this matter.

I am pleased to hear you have found formal employ to your satisfaction. I hope that our discussions on this matter were of benefit.

As you may know, we have engaged with the Blackwood Company on several occasions in the past, our recent efforts in the Schild being one example. I see no barrier to Whurest or yourself fulfilling our agreement, as your new duties permit.

I cannot speak for your new employers. But it has been my experience that they value those who seek out worthy employ on their own initiative.
