In twenty four hours I will begin the process of removing most of the Blackwood Mercenaries from Port Avanthyr. A small security force will remain behind to run the barracks. This is not a threat to sway or hasten your decision on the offer that was made; it's a warning. You should put whatever plan you have for defending your city into action immediately.
I was and still am sincere about my feelings on the Port, its people, and the role they play in the Valley. I will do what I can.
