A letter, sealed with the wax symbol of the Triad would arrive to the Temple Barracks. Addressed from one, Confessor Deverell.
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Faith,
Through my recent works here in this Valley, through my efforts to help ease the suffering of this land, help the needy and the sick. I have come across two pressing matters of concern that I wish to inform the Triad about.
The first matter of concern would be with the woman, Kollotta. She was once a Vampire. But through the kindness of a Priestess of Ilmater. She was cured of her suffering, her disease. Once mortal, Kollotta then made the choice to become a Devil. This brings a great sadness into my heart. She was offered new life, only to turn it away again. Since her transformation, I have spoken with her a few times, but only have two occasions been of any importance. The first time, she sought me out. Even though I was not alone around the camp fire, she went directly to me. She began to tell me her story, so to speak. I can explain these details more in person. But after hearing her words, I was struck with sadness and confusion. She has gone through a great deal of suffering in her life, emmense pain, torment, and unjustice. Forced upon her. She spoke of a loop hole in the way she became a Devil. That she does not act like the traditional Devil, and has done many kind acts. These I have seen. The second time, she aided me from escaping the necropolis, as well as a few others. She is, a creation of evil, a foul being upon this land that has the ability to bring great suffering. But so far, she has done the opposite. I simply wished to inform the Triad of this... Most... Rare Devil, Kollotta. I am aware of their ability to lie, to trick. So every time I have stumbled upon her, I have kept the armor of my faith around me. I warn my Brothers and Sisters, to do the same. Brother Marcus, had one encounter with her to my knowledge. Where he was given to the choice to banish her, slice her very neck from her body. But, this, had no affect. She simply appeared once again.
The second matter. Has to deal with a certian bald, Tiefling. Esiela. On numerous occassions she has attacks the public, and members of the Triad, myself included. However, she states that her actions have been in self defense, protection. I do not believe her. But she has offered aide to two people I travelled with a few days back. And was on her way to aide me. These actions alone.. Does not make up for the actions against us. But one thing is certian. Attacking her on sight, only provokes her to 'protect' herself. And causes uneeded suffering, and pain to the members of the Triad. For she is a skilled Wizard that does not hesitate to turn one's flesh into stone, quickly. I think it might be wise to hold off, and if she does cause any suffering, or torment to others. May she be judged for her repentance. I will await for the Advice of the Triad on this matter, and the above matter concerning this Devil... Kollotta.
