Notice: Alexander - Utilization of Undeath

A man, going by the name of Alexander has upon this day been seen and observed, utilizing, and controlling an undeath just outside the Temple of Kelemvor. The particulate undeath in question was a skeleton of very durable means and initiated an attack upon the individuals gathered outside. As we dispatched the skeleton, Alexander implored us to cease our attack, needless to say this was ignored and after destroying the undeath Alexander made no attempts to hide the fact that the skeleton was infact his creation, furthermore he held no regret or remorse of his actions but showed full intention to resummon the undeath as soon as he was able.
Those present at the scene witnessed the unfolding of events. Alexander sheathed his blade as per my request, however when Sergeant Roth moved to secure the man he fled. There was a chase, and in short Alexander was cut down at the incline leading to the Gates of Sunderer. Just as we were moving to secure and revive his person his corpse simply vanished. Needless to say, it is common knowledge that many persons here in the valley have a certain resiliency against staying dead in some form or another. Be that as it may the man could very well now be roaming free and unchecked in his actions.
Upon follow-up conversation with one Kegan Deverell, a devout cleric of Illmater, it was made known that this Alexander is infact a fallen paladin of Illmater. Accordingly, Kegan has apparently attempted to assist Alexander in atonement of his actions but was simply lied too and mislead. As a fallen paladin, this would no doubt be the explanation as to how he was able to utilize and summon an undeath. These facts compilled accordingly show as such that the man is a vile evil with no intention to change and will need to be neutralized as soon as possible.
To those whom are made aware of this notice I ask that you make the issue known to others so that they will be aware and accordingly, wary of the man. Alexander is skilled enough in combat to the point in which he should not be underestimated. Be vigilant in your observations and careful should you encounter the man in the coming future. By the distribution of this notice, gods willing this man will be found and his threat removed.
Notable witnesses and indivudals present at the confrontation in question that are prevalent in my mind are: Tamara Roth, Kegan Deverell, Jaggath Tharn, Abigale, and myself. There were others, but as such either their names elude me as of present or I simply did not know them.
