A note for the man called Shadestrike

A figure cloaked in black limps into Jimmy's. Approaching Jimmy with a sealed envelope and a small leather pouch of gold, he shows Jimmy a Black Tax coin, he then hands the envelope and the pouch to Jimmy with instructions to make sure Shadestrike recieves the envelope.

The note simply reads.

"It has been too long since we last talked, I am once again in need of your services.
