Sir Kai or Lady Tamara, I hope this missive finds you well and safe. I have recently learned the spell you asked me to, and bound it to a wand as requested. I have not seen either of you in many a day, so I leave this message in the Abbot's care, hoping that it reaches you. Send word to my room at the Sundren Comfort if you would like to pick up the wand of See Invisibility.

Thank you for the efforts and research you have done in regards to my request. And although the reports of drow attacks has as of recent been much less then they were. This particulate item will no doubt assist us greatly during our patrols and confrontations with the dark-elves in question. As well as anyone that would try to make scarce by way of invisibility effects.

I will either pick up the item in person, or Sergeant Roth will retrieve the item for me should I not be available. If you happen to run into her before you meet me then kindly hand off the item to her. Also do not forget to give her your bill and The Vigilant Eye will compensate you accordingly.

Some days past you may remember my asking Thom Grinwell to look into the creation of a wand or potion holding the spell "See Inivisibility". It would seem presently Grinwell has succeded both in research and craft. He has left note at the Temple of Helm in regards to this issue and as I may not be as active as I would like for the next few passing days if you should find the time, please pick up the item from Grinwell. Accordingly, don't forget to get the bill from him... and don't let him try to pull his "it's for the good of the people so no payment is necessary". If he does attempt to do as such, kindly strike him over the head with the flat of your palm (lightly) and make note of a suitable price. I'll make sure he's paid for the service. If you happen to compensate him on the spot, I will have you reimbursed.
