Dear Sir,
I wish to enquire about the possibility of renting space in Mirakus Post. A portion of Exigo's unused space in the town would be quite satisfactory.
The purpose of the space would be as offices for a small independent firm providing negotiating and similar services on a consulting basis. In addition to rental, we would be pleased, when possible, to provide our services at a preferred rate to Exigo.
Should this letter be better directed to Captain Tidestrike, or someone else in your organization, I would be most grateful if you would convey it to the proper hands.
