It seems that you have gone about your duties in the city. I am therefore leaving this note for you in lieu of a conversation.
I have left a copy of the ledger you provided me with Myrios Blackwell directly. She will authorize funds for you to purchase what you need for the Temple. She has also authorized some of those funds for passage and quarter needs for additional Broken Ones from lands surrounding the Valley or where you can find them. The reason for this is two fold: 1) It will provide some relief for the Broken Ones currently in the temple and the City; 2) It will allow those already here to take what Plea's of Rest they might need or desire to take. As the later is a sacred respite for those in need in our orders, I'm sure you will understand this. In the mean time though, I offer to cover the first few Broken Ones Rest's as needed, so that you are not low on hands until such time as more Broken Ones can be arrive.
After you have confirmation and have begun spending the funds you desired to alleviate the shortage in the temple stores, I would ask, for the people of the valley below, if I could include the Ilmatari, or the Triumvirate as a whole, as joint members in the Hospitals to be constructed below. At first, this will only require minimal needs. I suspect that 3 Broken ones as Head Instructors will suffice. One specialist in each of the required fields of Internal, External and Mental/Spiritual Healing. It would be a great boon for both the Temple, and the Legion to work together in this endeavor as it will allow not only less stress for other partners, such as Exigo, but enhanced exposure for the Triumvirate. If you wish or require discussing the matter with the Adjudicators, please do so.
I plan on contacting Exigo once again soon, and knowing whether or not the Broken Ones and the Triumvirate are in league with creating three training Hospitals in the the Valley Proper would be most useful in swaying any aversions they might have.
