Letter to Myrios Lady Blackwell

Good Day Myrios,

First congratulations on your promotion.

Second I write upon a regional and personal note.

Regionally I wish to know if the legion has any land for sale. The purpose I have for it is to produce food. I will hire guards to protect it and provide the funds to cultivate it. I see a shortage coming soon and wish to try and prepare us all for that inevitability.

Personally I wish to know if you have any time for tailoring? I could at the least use a scroll case. Also I noticed you were selling some Boots of the Wyvern a while ago, do you still have them or anything else for sale?

Here is that report you requested.

Upon the even of the attacks I walked to the Second Wind Inn. There was a crowd gathered and everyone was discussing this and that. High Adjudicator Blackwell was there and he politely questioned a hooded man who he believes lied about his name, the man said he was Terry Walters? The hooded man was sick with some cough, I believe he wasn't lying about that. The High Adjudicator then went to patrol the roads.

Quickly afterwards the High Adjudicator returned and warned everyone to go inside the Inn. He said he destroyed one vampire and saw many more in the shadows. Pyrian Wyrmborn (I apologize if I got the name wrong) was there and had an intelligent item that was talking to everyone. The Mercenary Julia started talking with the item and ignored High Adjudicator Blackwell's warning. Both Julia and Pyrian stayed outside during all the below events and I hope they did not get bitten.

I noticed a lady, who I had not seen around that evening, came running in about that time. I am not sure were she came from. Once everyone gathered inside, the High Adjudicator politely questioned the unknown lady. She then made a demand that the High Adjudicator stop pestering her and said she would have him arrested if he didn't leave her alone. She then ran upstairs and we all prepared for a vampire attack. The High Adjudicator followed her upstairs. I heard that the unknown lady barred herself in a room and then the High Adjudicator came back downstairs.

Soon after we heard a crash and the sound of breaking glass from upstairs. Arch Magus Swift told me to watch the main door and everyone else ran upstairs, then quickly came back downstairs and ran outside.

Outside I was told they discovered the unknown ladies body. She had been thrown or threw herself out her window and died upon impact. An unknown armored man was seen fleeing and everyone outside gave chase. I was still inside guarding the door and then Arch Magus Swift came downstairs. We both ran outside and gave chase as well. We soon lost everyone on the road. We used a sending spell to discover the first party (with High Adjudicator Blackwell) had lost the unknown armored man and we all convened back at the Second Wind Inn.

Hoster the Monk of Helm inspected the body and he discovered a vail on her person. The High Adjudicator called the Hands over and Arch Magus Swift ask to take the vial. Arch Magus Swift believes the vial is related to the first murder he is investigating about the Cult of Victus.

High Adjudicator Blackwell, Arch Magus Swift, Hoster of Helm and myself walked back to the wondrous city of Sundren and met Legionnaire Leithian. Legionnaire Leithian joined us and we went ot the Trimunitive chapel house to started an examination upon the body.

That is my account Myrios.

I do have one other issue to report.

Again I was entering the area at the Second Wind Inn. Legionnaire Bram and Legionnaire Higar were there arguing with a citizen Bjork (I think). It seams Xaayne has been walking around with his golem on open roads. Both legionnaires confronted Xaayne but I do not know the result of that confrontation.
