It is with deep regret that I have to inform you of yet another murder. It took place at the Second Wind Inn. I will give you more specifics as I can. Rest assured that Sesquiplicarius Leithian and I are invetiating this as I believe this murder is connected with the one from the Awards Ceremony. The one murdered was a young woman. Her identity is unknown to me. Your brother High Adjudicator Blackwell was present at the scene and may be able to shed more light on this subject. I will talk to him as soon as time permits. I will come to the Chapterhouse with names of potential witnesses in hopes of seeing you to further this report.
