To whom it concerns,
I am made aware that the one Tivan Grayshade has been declared an Enemy of the State for allegedly plotting to take up arms against said state. This accusation was formed after the man was confronted for his efforts to rehabilitate one of the Legion outposts skirting the Viridale Forest. By the Myrios Emiliana Blackwell's account, the man, upon questioning, said he would refuse to relinquish the outpost whenever the Legion would eventually come to claim it.
By Tivan Grayshade's account, he implied nothing of the sort and instead suggested that when such time as the Legion came to repossess the outpost, he would like to continue to stay on in some capacity as opposed to just being evicted. The man is confident in his honesty to stand by his words in the face of justice incarnate.
Myrios Blackwell, in that moment, decided on execution or exile for the man, and so Tivan Grayshade fled and his been evading her since. Her judgment was absent the prudence that should always accompany such a severe sentence, and so I move that the judgment be struck and a trial held to determine the man's fate. It is in the interest of true justice and the morale of the Sundarian people that I make this motion; it will not do to cast out men and women based on spoken and misheard words that do not accompany any actual violation of Sundarian law. The city was lifted into the sky to protect it and its people from Banite overlords, and so we cannot permit any sentiment of the Tyrant in any arm that represents this state.
In Sundarian court, oaths are sworn to Tyr, god of justice, so heed this Tyrran's counsel and let true justice be done: in court, where the wise discern the guilty from the guiltless and pride does not cloud the mind.
Faith and fortune,
