To The Secretary of Lady Meriadoc,

I have noticed of late that Captain Hazelwood, who previously offered passage to the Ixis Isles no longer sails out of your port. I do not know if there are simply no captains available, or none dare to undertake the journey, but perhaps a notice seeking a daring sea-captain could be put forth?

At present the only option for would-be adventurers is to depart via the Sestra docks, a situation that I am sure the Lord of Sestra is extremely pleased with, as it fills his coffers with a tidy sum. One would assume he takes a sizable cut of the 500 stag per head seafare.

Please consider raising this issue with Lady Meriadoc in the near future.

Dear Master Goldleaf,

Thank you for your missive. It has indeed been brought to my attention the unfortunate relocation of Captain Hazelwood's ferry, but then again, who can blame him? Many an enterprising cutthroat have abandoned their port-of-call in search of more profitable situations, with no care for the character of their new employers. Hazelwood seems to be no different, and I am actually glad to have that quality of businessman out of the Port.

I have already begun a search for a new captain brave enough to make the journey on a daily basis, and I believe I have just the fellow in mind. It may not be long until you see his ship at the docks.

I hope this letter finds you well and that you will be no stranger at the Hold.
