A note addressed to "Wyrmborn"

Inside the Blackwood Company Barracks, Julia hesitates a moment before placing a meticulously folded piece of parchment on the table off to the right before leaving. The parchment looks worse for wear, and the exposed side apparently addresses this note to a "Wyrmborn", the charcoal strokes stiff and jagged.
