A messenger has left this letter at your gate and so you should receive it this day. I come to Sestra tomorrow, three hours after dawn's breaking. I bring a host of Tyrran knights loyal to my command, but there will be no bloodshed if you and your subjects keep to your word. Indeed, I will even leave them outside of the gates. I bring no Tormtar, else melee would be certain, and that is not my intent.
I will stand openly in Sestra, the folk gathered, and I will speak to them until I am done. You will permit the Sestrans to leave with me if they so choose that very day, and your company will be silent and harmless to those who elect to depart. You will prevent none of the people from seeing my face or hearing my words.
