I witnessed him in front of the Second Wind Inn talking with an undead wrath of immense arcane power. He also had an other undead in tow. I confronted them to leave and they vanished. I assume they teleported away.

The Legion and our allies will not suffer the presence of Dreadmaster Exitium, his undead minions, or any other agents of Strife.
