Second Sending:

Samuel witnessed the Sundrenites raising a city as the Netherese did and requests you ask for a sky ship to be sent to investigate.

Third Sending:

The Sundrenite are open to the possibility of trade negotiations. Please respond to Samuel upon your earliest convenience.

Fourth sending left free if you need to communicate anything further.

James picks up the missive from the inn on one of his visits with Centurio Blackwell, before heading back to the Temple of Oghma to look through his records.
"Oh that Halruaa. I wonder if they still have my article on the Rashemi spirit-talkers . . only that was sixteen years ago, nevermind. George, go get the mirror out of storage. . . . yes - the big one! I want to see if I met this guy before."
Still exchanging banter with his homoculus, the elf decends into one of the back rooms in the temple to prepare.

The single reply received by James echoes with a faint aura of confusion, followed by disappointment.

"Who is this? Ah. Samuel. I see his studies have fallen by the wayside if he cannot muster the competence to cast a simple Sending."

A more direct set of replies is sent on to Samuel himself.

"Your lack of ability is disappointing. It seems you have already broken your promise to study and cannot even read a scroll of Sending."

"Perhaps you have given in to idiot showmanship and grand tales, as requesting a Skyship to travel that far beyond our borders shows."

"The council have been informed, if they take action it will not be by showboating or flashy actions. This is not Thay."

"Your mother has been pestering me. She wishes you to write to her."

James nods to himself when he receives the responce, before looking back to the origional messages.
"Skyships, eh? I wonder if I have any observational schematics from then I was at the university in Halarahh. . ."
And with that, he promptly heads back into research, message forgotten save a scrawled note sent to the Comfort (By means of slightly irritated and chattery flying construct), requesting to talk to Samuel in person.
