Honorable Myrios Highcastle,

I, Benedictus… a humble Hin and resident of Second Wind Inn, do humbly request permission to enter the City to look for my family. I write this letter with a heavy heart and anxious hand, for I fear the worst. I understand there are a great number of refugees within the city. I am hopeful my loved ones are amongst them.

My request is urgent to me but I understand there are many in my position. I simply ask that I be given consideration and when the time is right access to Cheapside to find my family.

I'm afraid we just currently can't make any exceptions at the moment. Your letter is a letter among many who are just like you with family missing. I am sorry for your situation. But we have hopes soon that there will be a way to allow more people into the city. So I ask that you be patient and keep an ear open for when that time comes.
