Dear Sir,

I praise your family's quick and decisive actions in stabilizing the situation in Port Avanthyr. As a resident of Avanthyr, and as a Hand of Mundus of some power, I would like to offer my services as both wizard and enchanter. There are wardings which might be placed about the hold to increase security, as well as the providing of enchanted arms and armor to your enforcers to aid them should Avanthyr come under attack.

Such enchanting, of course requires raw materials, but with your families resources I am sure this would not be a hindrance.
