A donation event is soon to occur in Port Aventhyr, and I would like to invite one with a pure heart such as yourself to the occasion.

After speaking with the gracious Blackwell family, I have been informed that the Legion will allow such a show of selflessness in the Valley, and I had thought of when we last spoke.

There is nothing you shall require for the event; all expenditures shall come unto me and me alone. Only your grace is required.

I would be surprised if the legion didn't allow such potential acts of charity. I would suggest you start by gathering what you need from the farmers of Sestra and set up a farmers market or other such place where you can distribute the goods as neeeded. If you require any help, I would be happy to do so.
