*A message is left in wait for the Centurio.*

    Centurio Blackwell,

Greetings. You may not remember me clearly, but I am the male you spoke to whilst your patrol into the depths of Argyle Keep. Again, I would like to offer my respect and appreciation for the diligence of you and your comrades. I did not receive the allowance to properly introduce myself, but my name is Thendulryn.

The reason I write to you on this morn is that of a request. As I'm sure you are aware, the destitute of the Valley continue to despair and grow in numbers; something which may cause as much difficulty as that of the war against the Bloodmaim if continued to be left unchecked.

I wish to grant my assistance in this matter. I would like to request a charity to bring these peoples the comfort that has been denied to them. With food in their bellies, I do feel their minds will be more content; which may mean less attention diverted to the vagrants and more focus on what is important at hand.

I do not wish to interfere with official Legion edicts and laws if you view such an activity unattainable. As I write to you now, I ensure complete responsibility on my part. Further details will be addressed to you directly with your blessing on the matter.

I look forward to your response. May the Divines protect you in your servitude to the public.

Upon her return from some brief field maneuvers, Centurio Blackwell receives the waiting letter. She quickly inks a reply and leaves it at the front desk of the Sundren Comfort Inn.

    Mister Dhravn,

Thank you for your letter. The desire to aid the less fortunate during this time of war is certainly respectable, and I commend you for thinking of the welfare of others. However, since the Legion is primarily focused upon the Bloodmaim threat, we simply do not have the manpower to allocate any assistance to your project.

I would recommend that you make contact with one of the local temples, as several of them already have programs in place to support the people displaced and affected by the Bloodmaim. In particular, I would encourage speaking to one of the High Adjudicators of the Triumvirate (Blackwell of Torm, Tornbrook of Tyr, and Melchior of Ilmater,) as this group is typically at the forefront of any charitable ventures.

I wish you success in your endeavor. Please let me know if I can be of further help.

    Cordially,

    Centurio Emiliana Blackwell
    Fourth Legion
