Directeur,

I am ready to begin training the first group. I would recomend they all be vaolunteers. I would also like the services of an archer familiar with the tactics and skills of the ranged component of the orc forces. (Any suggestions for the archer would be helpful as I do not personally know many.)

I will put out word that I am ready to begin shortly.

Word has gone around. I expect you will have at least a full group by the time you announce you are prepared to begin. Those I have spoken to personally seem very keen.

Tery ponders for a while, then adds

I can think of no likely candidate for an archer at the moment. I shall ask amongst the friends of Sestra, but none comes to mind at this time.
