Recently I was travelling towards the Gate of the Sunderer. On the Valley Road near the bridge and boat dock, I was surprised to encounter a Bloodmaim orc archer. I was fortunate that it did not spot me until I was able to prepare myself, and that more were not present. I then dispatched the foul beast.
The beast had apparently killed a poor soul. Searching the body, some items were found bearing the name "Linus Silverlight". His body was returned to the Jergallite Mausoleum for proper rites. I also left his personal effects there, should any relatives be located.
Returning through the farm near the Second Wind, I encountered a wounded farmer. He was unable to speak to me, but would not come with me to seek healing.
On my way back to Sestra, Jack Calico and travellers along the way were warned of the sighting.
