Report Subject: Axxius, alive, and apprehended
Reported by: Arch Magus Yeven Drisdown. (Yevelian the grey)
Date: Kythorn 9th, 1372
Subject: Apprehension of previous declared dead subject, Axxius the mad.
On this eve, as I returned to the Legion headquarters, located at the Gate of Sunderer, to turn in a banner of pride taken from the Legion foe, I had the most unexpected encounter. As I so often do nowadays in Sundren, I had previously prepared a version of the magical spell, commonly referred to as "detect undead", which lasts me some significant period, I returned toward the Gate of Sunderer. Upon passing the Second Wind's campfire, I moved on up Pioneer's way, past the farmlands, and to Pioneer's Way, by the river.
Immediately, I detect a foul essence. As I focused on the two men I saw before me, my attention was drawn to the halfling male who emanated a faint aura of undeath. When I asked him for his name, he attempted to puff his chest, and intimidate me to little effect. Focusing further upon this individual I noticed the source of his taint came from his arm, an apparent undead addition. He readily admitted his name to be Axxius, commonly known as Axxius the mad, previously wanted by the Legion, and currently thought dead.
Upon his admission, I immediately informed him of my name, and rank as Arch Magus, and asserted my authority as sited by sections one and two of the Judicial Powers act, filed under the Hands of Mundus to place him under arrest. I subdued him with a powerful version of a spell commonly penned under Bigby's name, and summoned a Celestial assistant to subdue the subject.
Once subdued, I personally bound and gagged him and brought him to the jail to be placed under Legion authority. As of this missive, he is alive and unconscious in the jail, and awaits a Legion authorized search and detention. ((Yevelian won't leave until this is done)) He is gagged and needs be be treated with the utmost caution and care.
This being stated, it should be noted that once forcefully confronted, he readily admitted his true identity, and did not offer any resistance. It should also be noted, I did not give him the chance to resist. He should be considered armed and extremely dangerous to Legion personnel, prior to being bound, stripped, and gagged.
Furthermore, it is my understanding that corporal punishment may be sought in this infamously mad man's treatment. I wish it also be noted, that while as Arch Magus, it is my advisement is that his undead arm be removed and properly submitted to the Hands of Mundus for study, and he serve a lengthy and costly punishment, his life should be sparred. In reviewing this subjects records in the Legion, it is clear that he should be deemed dangerous, and unpredictable, I only suggest optimism and mercy be exhibited.
As always, I swear the above statement to be true and honest. Any questions further needed, or information required by the Legion , shall of course be honored.

The poll I put up was more just me remembering the various jokes/complaints I've heard from similar situations on the server. -Corny))
