A simple envelope is mailed to Zhentil keep in the Moonsea, properly addressed to the military leader stationed there.

"Dear commander,

I write this letter to you requesting that any elves in your ranks with the last name Norreitryn be transferred to the Banite strong-hold in the Sundered valley, located within the mossdale. In turn, I have many willing and able men and women of the clergy to take his position in his absence, or an offering of one-thousand gold coins if you decide.

A response is issued within several weeks and delivered to Adeodatus' bunk within the citadel.

"Dreadmaster, the elf you speak of can be delivered to further our influence in Sundren at the cost of one of your Striking Talon's. However before we commit to delivering him we'd like to know your purpose with this request, such a man seems below your station and as a result we have become suspect. What is the situation in the lands formerly under the rule of Mundus?

After a very, very long time, a reply finds its' way to Zhentil Keep.

"Apologies for the late reply, my time away from the citadel left me without a proper messenger. As for how the valley is doing, I can assure you that the influence of Bane spreads above all else.

As for the elf, I'm will to part with one of my capable soldiers. And for the reasons, a zhentil perspective would be welcome in the halls, and an elven one at that might make transition smoother with other races. Inside is my list of recommended soldiers to replace your elf."
