To the Hands, both left and right, I ask for your aid. I know full well how overtaxed you are by the current situation within the valley. Our enemies surround us, and the recent surge in Bloodmaim activity has everyone on edge. With all this, it is easy to put a lower priority upon problems that seem less harmful.
I am Tigen Amastacia, Knight of Torm. Some within your organization may know me as a shaman, and I inform you that is no longer the case. Shaman or Knight, the problem I seek your aid in is very much a priority to this valley. I speak of "Shar's Abbadon", located just past the Exigo trading post. Some few months past, I helped a group led by Dain Tornbrook to secure a sundrite deposit located deep within the caves of the Abbadon.
On behalf of the faith of Torm, I plead with you: Lend me aid in resolving this tear on the very fabric of the weave in our valley. Such a place is not just an affront the the tenets of my own faith, but a danger to all that live in the valley. The shadow weave can not be allowed to foster and grow, lest it grow too strong and attempt to swallow up the valley as a whole. I urge you, please consider this letter in earnest, and if you are willing and able to help then you will have the eternal gratitude of not only myself, but the faithful of Torm everywhere for helping to repair the damage done to the very fabric of magic, and Toril.
What aid I require is, I am well aware, no easy thing to ask. I would speak with one of your most powerful, one capable of bending the fabric of reality through the use of the most powerful of arcane powers: "Wish". I know asking this is a great risk to the wizard, and I would not do so lightly if there were another option in dealing with the problem. However, my current research has yielded only two ways of resolving the problem. One being the use of "Wish", and the other being the silver flame of the Chosen of Mystra.
What I request now is not simply the spell, but access to the depth of your collective knowledge so that we may find a way to, safely, finally rid our valley of such a corrupted, evil, and lifeless area. Shar's Abbadon must not be allowed to persist any more, of that I hope we all will find agreement on.
Tigen Amasticia, Knight of Torm
*The letter is sealed and sent through the channels available in hopes of reaching the Hands of Mundus, with a note that a reply be sent to the Temple of the Triad back to the supplicant.*
