A parcel, delivered via (a now one hundred and fifty stags wealthier and gluttonous) newsboy, is given (and recieved) to the (by the) inhibatants of the Triumvirate.

Contained inside is a simple blade, accompained with a note written in elegant script - it is short and succinct:

"Destroy."

Someone attempting to obtain the weapon would first need to be ICly aware of its existence and location, then be able to infiltrate one of the largest militant temples in the city and steal it away from under the noses of the assorted holy rollers without getting smote.

Yeah I get the ICLy having to know. Was asking if and who i should speak with and since the post was in an open forum if that meant that anyone could get into the RP action. Just looking for other ways to get involved.
