Letter To The Sundren City Grievances Department

Greetings,

My name is Calandel, a drow who travelled to Sundren quite a while ago. Until recently, I did not know that it was a crime to be on the surface without a permit. As I spend almost all of my time on the surface, I desperately need one of these. I have no criminal record to date, nor any warnings with the guard. I feel that I can bring much to Sundren as a tracker and a hunter, as I feel very much at home around the Viridale Forest, and at most other major locales around Sundren. I'm sure that whatever requirements you have for applying for one of these permits, I'd be among the top choices. I'm a lawful person with morals and values. I hope you consider my plea. Thank you.
