Dear sir,
As you may be aware, a Wizards Consortium is being molded and taking shape here in Sundren. I and fellow members of the Ordo Magistrorum Magiarum seek your blessing and permission to hold our first gathering within your honoured institution of learning.
It is our intention to meet in order that we may discuss the future course of the Consortium, it's memberships, and how best to serve Sundren and the surrounding Counties. There will be a moritorium set in place regarding the use of any spells during the meeting.
Of course should you decide to allow the gathering of practioners of The Art within your hallowed halls, a fee for rental of the space would be expected and happily given.
