Formal Complaint to the Temple of Helm on the Actions of Kai Nightwind

To whom it may concern,

Greetings and well met. My name is Horral Redmountain, a cleric of Dumathion and a new comer to these lands. Since I have come here, I have seen a great many things. I have found goblins infesting caves, that I have done my part to clean. I have heard of assassinations and murders. In the middle of all these things though I have found a central figure.

Kai Nightwind, who I believe serves your temple, has been at the center of all of these things, and I'm afraid his influence has been less than positive. In the time I have seen him he has been arrogant, condescending, rude, violent, and otherwise a terrible leader in the worst order. I realize these things are not against the law, but some things I have seen are.

He has strongarmed and drawn weapons on those without reason several times, myself included. He has rapped me upon the head with his blade several times, for no other reason than speaking. He has murdered three people who as far as I could see did nothing wrong in full view of witnesses. These and other things are beginning to add up at an alarmingly fast rate.

I do not wish to formally press charges at this point, but I feel it my duty to inform the temple of the actions of one who at least appears to be acting on their behalf. I trust that steps will be taken to ensure that this situation does not need to be taken further.

Syl glances at the letters and seems quite concerned. "Surely, This Jasper fellow must be lying. Best I ask Tamara what really happened."

Tamara stops to read one of the letters outside of Immovable Objects, then shakes her head.

"Idiot," she sighs. "It might have been a good complaint if he had just sent it to the temple. Instead, his posting it everywhere falls under borderline public defamation, and makes it a publicity stunt instead of a charge..."

She shakes her head again and continues, making a mental note to make herself available for explanations but leaving the note untouched.
