She was captured after betraying Pyras Demathos, threatening not only to kill him, but the commander of our army, Lauan Tissle, and myself as well. The vampire's efforts were in hopes of strong-arming information out of Thay, but instead I saved Demathos, Commander Lauan, and managed to imprison the vampire.
The vampire is undoubtedly a member of the Black Hand, given her origins, and any organization making open hostilities towards the powerful political figures of our enclave should not be tolerated. The vampire should be made an example of what befalls those that betray our agreements and attack us.
The reason I send this letter to you in particular, Tel'Run, is because this situation presents the perfect opportunity to collaborate research between Transmutation and Necromancy. Perhaps the research could be towards ends you mentioned earlier; reliable servants. If not, there is still much to be learned if I can further enhance the attributes of undeath, or vice versa, and the nation of Thay will gain from an example being made of her.
