To the head of Sundren's Foreign relations:
Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I am constructing a plan to help alleviate the Sundren blockade problem. I am currently working on aquiring a boat and crew to slip past the blockade and reach neverwinter, to see if they could help with supplies and possibly aid us in ridding the blockade from our port. What I request from you is a diplomat to join us in reaching Neverwinter to help in request aid for our proud country, and to help finance this expedition. The Sundren government knows what Sundren needs and by sending a diplomat with us, you can reach the outside world and see if the enemy of our enemy will aid us as a friend.
This may be the only chance we have to break the blockade and get word out that Sundren is besieged by Luskan, before they strike again. I do not ask for much, simply gold, a diplomat, and possibly a small but quick merchant ship that can hold cargo.
