This letter is addressed to the leaders of the Triumvirate, Helm, the Legion, the Wardens of the Vale, and every known member of the Kelemvorite faith.
"To all those of good faith to the gods of good in Sundren, to all those that defend it's boarders from harm, and it's people from hardship, and to those that protect it's forests and nature itself, Greetings. We of the Kelemvorite faith have reached a final decision involving one being of which many of the aforementioned have had many dealings with."
A detailed description and rough sketch of Iosolde is given with every copy of the letter.
"Iosolde, the vampire, a former member of the black hand, is no longer under our faiths protection, as she has refused her offered entry into the scribes of Jergal, and is therefore no longer upholding certain obligations she was meant to uphold to ensure her own survival. Therefore, it is the decision of our faith she is to be hunted down without reservation by the above named groups without delay. If met, she should be offered the chance to seek her own destruction to seek her judgement in the Fugue as all things eventually must. If this chance at willing destruction is refused, then no further talks are to be followed, and immediate and severe force is to be used to rid our valley of her existance."
A detailed description of Lilene is given at this point as well.
"Lilene Jora has left the faith of our church, and has declared she shall defend the vampire with all means necessary. She has also declared she shall not bring lethal harm to any who come after either her or the vampire, and I would urge that we return the favor to her. I urge all receiving this letter to warn those hunting the vampire Iosolde and the monk Lilene to not bring lethal harm to the monk, and merely subdue her if at all possible. We of Kelemvor's faith are aware that relations are strained with the other factions at this time due to previous actions taken by another Kelemvorite, Mathell. We realize that the actions taken by Lilene have undoubtedly increased the strained relations we share with all of you, and for that, we are sincerely apologetic. It was not our intention to every bring discord and pain to the people of this valley in any way."
