Dear Mister Torgar,
My sister and I were sitting at the camp fire at the Second Wind Inn. The hin with the large axe known as Xaayne was being very hostile to us with his words. He accused my sister and I of being demons. He was pacing around, holding his weapon. He did not like the fact that I was whispering with the man by the name of Grann, and did something magical to roar very loudly and cause damage to myself and a couple of others.
He then proceeded to call my sister and I demons once more, and threatened us with violence. When we tried to defend ourselves, he flew into a rage. I cast a spell to hide myself and my sister, and ran so he could not hear me. A good friend of mine, Darius and my brother, Samuel came to our defense. But the hin killed them with one hit of his axe.
I then attempted to use a spell of mine, hold person, to stop him from his killing spree. The spell failed, and my invisibility faded, revealing myself to him. He took one look at me, and charged right towards me, a look of death in his eyes. I ran for my life, and as I ran I felt the blade slice into my back, nearly killing me. I was thankfully a tad bit faster than him, and I was able to flee to safety.
This is my report on the matter, and I thank you kindly for looking into matters. My sister and I both have our papers allowing us passage in Sundren because we are tieflings.
Sadie.
