  • -To: Abigale-

A letter finds itself delivered during the mid-noon to the abbot situated to within the Temple of Helm. The deliverer, a young athletic female who offhandly stated her name to be Kaia Nightwind, asked the letter be delivered and given to Abigale as soon as possible as it regarded an urgent matter...

    Dear Abigale,

I hope your training to become a warpriest of Helm has found itself in good stead, however I apoligize for I now seek to disrupt your studies with an urgent matter. You may have, as of recent met with one Kaia Nightwind, sister of Kai Nightwind. I would have preferred to have had a word with you alone in regards to the matter but you had taken leave from the festival early that day, and otherwise you are a hard person to track down.

Abigale, Kaia and Kai are the same person. Kaia is simply a name, a front taken at the time in order to keep the entire situation at a low profile while I figured out what to do or make of my... mishap. It is only recently that I decided to come out from the mask to any who might inquire.

This may be hard to believe, and I understand that, but this is no joke. The only proof I might offer you by words is this. I met you first down in the caves of the goblin hills, you were travelling with one Daniel Reyer at the time. Second, you, Sarlis and myself were engaged in a rather indepth conversation regarding beauty some weeks back where you were uncertain about Helm's views of beauty when put in relation with your own person... Those two meetings stick memorably in my mind and I hope is enough at least for you to give this letter some serious thought.

To the point, I am now a female, to put it bluntly. This occured when one Derian sold me a belt that made the transmutation no sooner had I put it on...

No one I have spoken too presently has any idea of how to reverse the effect in question. The only person that is supposedly capable of removing the curse happens to be the Red Wizard Aznar as you are no doubt familiar with. Unfortunantly the cost of such means is beyond my finances, and secondly, we are at an odds in which dealings would be preferrably avoided.

I need your help Abigale, I have held strong, sound, and stayed my own mind thus far... But I'm afraid this transformation is finally beginning to get to me. My thoughts stray, I cannot remain focused. My actions seemingly not my own at times, I am afraid I may be losing my mind Abigale, I am afraid I may be losing myself...

Please, I need your help. Find out what you can in regards to a curse such as this, and by Helm how the hell one might reverse it. All I know from Aznar is that a simple remove curse will not work, and it involves a complicated ritual in which it would be rightly painful for the afflicted in question. Although how much of this is false or true is beyond me....

I am sorry Abigale, Helm protect,

    Kai Nightwind.

By Helm! This is absolutely horrid! I would go out of my... my mind if I was to have extra parts that were in different places.
