A letter addressed to the Sundren City officials (Steward's Office).
Honored Governors,
It has come to my attention that certain Elves within the Sundarian lands have taken it upon themselves to send assassins after those who would assist in the prosperity of the realm. As any tactician would be aware, what begins with quiet assassins often turns to open conflict and bloodshed.
I discovered this information when speaking with a Red Wizard by the name of Veshano. Although he is a Tiefling, and quite hideous, not to mention carrying a strange odor that is best left to be described by someone without a tongue as refined as my own, he has shown himself respectable and honorable in his dealings with myself. He even used his craft to chase off a wolf that one of these Elves was planning to use to attack myself. The Elf, after Veshano assisted me, even turned to open threats. I would likely not be able to write you this letter had it not been for my loyal guardian, Kaley. Her decisive action in this matter succeeded in causing the Elf to leave instead of risk harm. This situation is a testament to the Elven populace having unruly behavior. I fear for what these, whom we gracefully gift with parts of our land, plan to do with such.
I demand that these Elves who threaten good people, such as myself, be investigated thoroughly. Many of them are well behaved, as my personal guardian, Kaley, is also of Elven heritage. However, some seem to have a deep wish to bring destruction upon good citizens.
As a wealthy contributer to the lands of Sundren, I would hope that my words not be taken lightly. I'm certain my father's assistance has been most appreciated by Sundren and I would hope to we can also establish a working relationship.
