A copy of this letter is given to Captain Tidestrike of the Exigo, as well as the secretary in the guard barracks in the military ward.
"Earlier today in the exigo trading post there was an altercation between a man and an elf. The man was attempting to sell the elf a sea faring vessel, though when proving persistent things became heated. The elfs arm began to drip a thick, blackened liquid. And after a few more words were crossed he lashed out and killed the sales-man by touching him with what appeared to be a blighted limb.
I attacked the elf, though hemanaged to elude me with his magics. He fled the trading post soon after. If this had any relation to the attacks on the exigo before, I haven't a clue. This man was an elf with pale skin and hair, yellow eyes and a short, meager stature. No names were acquired, though a druid named Annie wittenholme could prove as a valuable witness."
The papers are signed with Roddericks name.
