Shiv walks into the military ward, then to the guard post.

Dear sir
I recently witness an assualt by a raving mad man named Pericles. I happened upon a group of folk circling Perciles, and Cazen. From what I could gather Perciles figured him an assassin yet admited to having no proof. Later he threw a sheild and weapon at him then attacked cutting his cheek. It was only due to Hastan knocking Perciles to the ground that stopped the fight. Cazen refused to attack, nor pick up the weapons. The farmer nearby heard the ruckus, holding a shakey crossbow trying to get them to leave.
This has not been my first dealing with his madness. Another incident he demanded to know who I was and why I was there, also if I was seeking to attack him. It was not my fault he fell asleep in a potion shop, also takes little wits to figure why I was in a potion shop.
For the safety of all I think it would be wise to seek him out and restrain him. Perhaps he is afflicted with something, or a charlatan who claims to be a paladin while seeking to bully, and extort the good people of sundren. Either way I figured it best to alert you of his actions.
