This report is made on the gathered information on a Veritas recruitment scheme and process by which they hope to spread and over-throw the government.
A protest today turned into a blood bath at the entrance to the Exigo trade post as the local guards there tried to stop violence from entering and upsetting trade. The violent protesters, believed to be the last few from the earlier protest at the Sundren City Gates began attcking the local guard and killing them. A fight then broke out were the two main rebels were taken down with force while other protesters fled.
A group of local citizens and adventurers were asked to go to the Schild mountain and venture into the Veritas bunkers in order to see what was happening up there and what recruitment was going on. Their findings were intriguing indeed.
It is believed over fifteen people attended one of the first rallies the Veritas have done in some time. This was believed to widen their power in Sundren and the new members were given instructions to help those from the Sestra incident and gather more followers there. It is not known who exactly is going to be recruiting for them or when, but we have been given two names and these people are now on our black-list. (The names will be left unwritten for confidential reasons) We hope to push back this recruitment before it gets any worse then it should be and I ask that some guards be taken from the Sestra patrols and other areas to give more custom to our citizens in order to boost our own popularity.
