A well known robed, horned figure walks up wearing nothing else besides his Robes, gloves, and boots. A grin covers most of his face, he almost always seems to wear it he seems to have some kind of self gratification.

"Ello, Hello there. what do we have here a thief, a horned harlot...a horned lass."

The man waits a few seconds of time as he starts to lick his lips as both of his brows raise, and his head raises slightly showing that shit eating grin of his.

"What do we have here, a delight, a gift."

In his mind the words raced. Pawn, tool , slave and many other words, as he spoke.

" Lass, what be your name...You know what? How rude of me to not introduce myself." He nods his own words.

" I am known as Nocte Tempore, Wizard Extraordinaire, Champion of Light , Defiler of Darkness , Bane of Men, Savior of Dames...so on and so forth. a pleasure."

His grin becomes more subtle as it becomes a soft and innocent smile, while the man tilts his head to the left.

Kyoko half heartedly turned her head to calmly examine Nocte for a few brief moments, her face remaining relatively neutral though a small curl at the corner of her lips suggested some level of amusement. "Nocte Tempore, a greying excuse for a cross bred experimentation, though you refer to me as a harlot I feel self assured thinking of you as the product of one. My name is Kyoko, a traveller and scholar of many specialties." She holds a level stare with him, her own lips now twisted upwards in a bemused smirk.

He chuckles slightly at her words.

"Crossbreed experimentation, such words usually have a sting to them but, you somehow manage to do nothing else but amuse me, im not one to be insulted by the way, the previous comments of you being a harlot was just me jumping to conclusions, after all why else would a woman talk to that theif?"

He looks at Cazen, but then his eyes wander back to Kyoko.

"So, fiendling what brings you to Sundren I gather by the way you carry yourself and your books, your in search of knowledge , power? Such things I can provide."

Once again he ends it all with a warm smiles.

"You have the patience and silver tongue that would make me almost beleive that you were somehow inspired by what you may beleive to be your lineage. You speak of knowledge? What words of wisdom can you offer me that I don't already know? And power is a delusion created by the arrogant to hold over those whom just as quickly fall in line beleiving in such a . . . Human notion." She pauses for a moment and continues to stare at him for a few moments.

"I have been offered such things before, if you do indeed have knowledge that I am unaware of, then my ears are open to listen. . . Though you can keep your power, for the time being." She turns and settles down infront of the fire, replacing the heavy tome in her lap.

The man smiles slightly as he twiddles his fingers as she speaks after she is done he replies.

"Come now, you and me both know with knowledge comes power. Knowledge gives you an advantage over others , power over them, after all its only natural. What I offer is more of an alliance, a partnership, a helping hand all I ask in return, do ut des."

After he speaks he stiffles a yawn by covering it with his left hand.

"You speak as though we have known one another for some time, you wander down the road and see a bookworm burried in her business and you're already proposing an alliance? Either you're lonely, pathetic or controlling and none of those qualities lure me in for a ride, short or no. . . Though if you'd care to talk, you're welcome at my fire." She flips through her tome to a particular page and sets it open, tracing her finger over the text.

                "Controlling, lonely and pathetic."
                He grins showing his fangs.

"None of these words describe me, I just wished to befriend another who shares a common curse, a congregation of the afflicted. Besides what are talks but Negotiations, Kyoko."

Shivers slightly, as he points to the fire.

                "Yes, your pyre." He nods.
"I Shall take refuge with you, and your companion thief for a while longer."

She smiles inwardly and shrugs slightly. "What you think of as an affliction I view as a blessing . . . Much of the time it allows me to be left alone, and though it's . . . Difficult to make aquaintences in most places, by the same time my blood lures interesting individuals to discuss matters with." She turns a page in her book and rolls one of her shoulders at a time before looking up. "And if it's idle conversation that you'll accept then you won't mind me prying into your profession . . . Your prefered one." She adds quickly afterwards, having since made note of his plethora of titles.

In the presence of Nocte, the Gentleman Thief becomes a man of few words. He's considered Nocte a friend (after a fashion) for sometime, and he knows of his wanton desires for feminine flesh. In truth, they rival his own and only fall slightly short of Cirion. So he's content to nod or give some similair non-commital gesture to the questions and references Nocte directs his way. All the while, he maintains an appearence that he's observing and seeking to manipulate the situation.

In truth? He grew rather bored with the book-worm some time ago, and held up his end of the conversation purely for the sake of civility. All this designed to spread the reputation he seeks to create for himself. For a week now, he's been deep in thought, giving care and attention to the perception of others and how he might be affected by how others see him and what they expect of him. Cazen came to realize there's truth in his new perspective. Of course, there will be difficulties to encounter, but he needs the challenge. In fact, he feels entitled to it.

So for now, he is content to sit and listen, awaiting an opportunity to chime in.
