Ilmater Sign Classes In Session

Carisa Davis upon joining the Temple of Triumvirate has taken to holding classes to learn her created Sign Language "Ilmater Sign". She created the language after swearing her vow of silence and has tried to spread it as far as she can so any and all who cannot communicate through words can do so through "Ilmater Sign".

Carisa will teach any who are willing, they need only sign up and attend her classes in their free time or ask for her to privately tutor them and she will gladly do so.

\\ 2nd Note: If you character wishes to learn the language, it is not a DMFI thing it's strictly RP. Simply make an RP post in this thread stating your character is signing up for the classes and attending. From there you can RP that in your characters offline time as well as Carisa's offline time the classes are being held. If you want private tutoring that is more of the one on one active RP style that I will do in game. How fast your character learns is entirely dependant on you but please don't have a 8 INT character learning it in a day try to be realistic.

Signing Sister

Cybil Gelley has been adamantly attending classes to learn the language when she is not working with the Broken Ones to help heal those in need or helping in the world at large. She thought from the start that this was a wonderful idea to help not only the Temple, but also those that had no voice of their own to speak, such as the mute and the deaf. She looks forward to working with Sister Carisa, an asset to the Triumvirate.

Elijah accompanies Cybil, his sister in his newfound faith, to attend the classes. His experience with Ghelworg has taught him of the great need of this means of communication. He then invites Ghelworg as well to see if he's willing to learn with them.

Cazen, being the sharp lad that he is, joins the "Illmater Sign" class. He quickly learns it's not much different then the secret language of Thieves Cant in application, and seems an able learner.

Annie signs up as well. Though she misses a few sessions in between, she turns out to be vaguely capable with the hand signs. Although, she is good for a few giggles at times when confusing such things as "cow" or "underwear" or "leaky quill" with names of some of the other participants.

Julia Darkbane, paladin of Torm, hears word of this and plans to visit The Temple for classes when she next travels to Sundren. "This will be an excellent example to set for those who cannot communicate, stricken of their tongues from the evils in this world, and allow them to find the strength to do so once more." She writes in her journal the particulars in candle-light, and then heads off to bed.
